Born from a Father's Question
“Is my son getting the care he deserves?”
That question became our mission: Help everyone be there.
I have a son with developmental disabilities. As I began navigating the world of care services and support systems, I found myself asking the same questions every parent asks: Will he be treated with dignity? Will his caregivers show up on time? Will he get the quality of care he deserves?
I couldn't always be there for my son. No parent can. But I knew I could build something that would let me be there in a different way—by seeing the care he receives, knowing his caregivers showed up, understanding that he's being treated with dignity.
I built CareCade so every family can be there for their loved ones, even when they can't be in the room. So case managers can be there for every client on their caseload. So caregivers can focus on being present, not paperwork.

Our Core Values
These five values guide every decision we make and every feature we build.
Transparency
Care happens behind closed doors. We believe families deserve visibility into how their loved ones are being supported.
Accountability
Every caregiver should be accountable for the care they provide, and every agency should be accountable to the families they serve.
Accessibility
Technology should remove barriers, not create them. We design for the people who need care and those who provide it.
Dignity
Every individual with developmental disabilities deserves to be treated with respect and to live with dignity and purpose.
Collaboration
The best outcomes happen when families, caregivers, and agencies work together as partners in care.
