Troubleshooting Location Issues
"Location Not Available"
On mobile app:

- Restart app
- Move outdoors (better signal)
"Outside Geofence"
- Verify client address is correct
- Check staff is at right location
- Increase geofence radius if needed
- Use override for legitimate exceptions
GPS Consistently Wrong
- Device GPS may be faulty
- Consider disabling for this team member
- Document exception
Tips
