Setting Up Your Organization

Configure your agency's branding, timezone, office hours, and pay periods.


Before You Begin

You need Super Admin access to change organization settings. Regular Admins can view but not edit these settings.


Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select Organization tab

Basic Information

Company Details

FieldDescription
Company NameYour agency's legal name
PhoneMain office number
EmailPrimary contact email
AddressOffice address (used in reports)

Timezone

Select your timezone. This affects:

  • Appointment times displayed to staff
  • Report date ranges
  • Email notification timestamps

Important: All team members see times in your organization's timezone, regardless of their location.


Branding

Customize how CareCade looks for your team:

Logo

  • Upload your company logo (PNG or JPG)
  • Recommended size: 200x60 pixels
  • Appears in the sidebar and reports

Colors

  • Primary Color — Main accent color (buttons, links)
  • Secondary Color — Supporting color (backgrounds)

See how your branding looks before saving.


Pay Periods

Configure how you track payroll:

Bi-weeklyEvery two weeks
Semi-monthly1st–15th and 16th–end of month
MonthlyFull calendar month

Setting Pay Period Start

  1. Select your pay period type
  2. Choose the start date for your current period
  3. System calculates all future periods automatically

Office Hours

Set your standard business hours:

  1. Toggle days your office is open
  2. Set start and end times for each day
  3. These appear when staff request schedule changes

Social Media Links

Add your social profiles (optional):

  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • YouTube
  • TikTok

These sync to your public provider directory listing if you're verified.


Saving Changes

  1. Make your changes
  2. Click Save Changes
  3. Changes apply immediately

Tips

  • Upload a square logo version too — it's used for mobile notifications
  • Set your timezone before creating appointments to avoid confusion
  • Your branding appears on PDF reports sent to case managers
