Accessing Permissions

  1. Go to SettingsTeam & Compliance
  2. Click Access & Features tab

Applying Permissions

Organization-Wide

  1. Change setting in Settings
  2. Applies to all staff
  3. Immediate effect

Per-Individual

For specific overrides:

  1. Go to team member profile
  2. Click Permissions
  3. Override specific settings
  4. Save

Common Configurations

Field Caregivers

  • View assigned clients only
  • Create appointments (if enabled)
  • GPS tracking on
  • Voice notes on

Office Staff (Admin)

  • View all clients and schedules
  • Create appointments freely
  • Run reports
  • No GPS tracking

Supervisors

  • View team schedules
  • Approve requests
  • Run reports
  • Limited payroll access

Tips

  • Start restrictive — Add permissions as needed
  • Review regularly — Needs change over time
  • Document exceptions — Note why individuals differ
  • Test as staff — Verify experience
