CareCade automatically tracks:

Viewing Performance Stats
Individual Stats
- Go to Team → Select team member
- Click Performance tab
- See metrics for selected period
Team Comparison
- Go to Reports → Team Performance
- Select date range
- Compare all team members
Creating a Performance Review
Step 1: Start Review
- Go to Team → Select team member
- Click Reviews tab
- Click + New Review
Step 2: Review Details

| Review Period | Date range being reviewed |
| Reviewer | Who is conducting (you) |
Step 3: Rate Categories
Score each area (1-5):

Step 4: Comments
Add narrative feedback:
- Strengths — What they do well
- Areas for Improvement — Growth opportunities
- Goals — Objectives for next period
Step 5: Save
- Save Draft — Continue editing later
- Complete Review — Finalize and notify employee
Review Workflow
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | In progress, not visible to employee |
| Completed | Finalized, employee notified |
| Acknowledged | Employee has viewed |
| Signed | Employee has signed off |
Employee Acknowledgment
After completing:
- Employee receives notification
- They review in their portal
- They can add comments
- They sign electronically
Achievements
Track positive accomplishments:
Adding an Achievement
- Go to Performance tab
- Click + Add Achievement
- Enter:
- Title
- Date
- Description
- Save
Achievement Examples
- Perfect attendance month
- Client compliment received
- Certification obtained
- Going above and beyond
Achievements appear on employee profile and in reviews.
Performance Improvement
For underperforming staff:
Creating Improvement Plan
- In Performance tab
- Click + Improvement Plan
- Document:
- Areas needing improvement
- Specific goals with deadlines
- Support/resources provided
- Consequences if not met
Tracking Progress
- Schedule check-in dates
- Document progress notes
- Update plan as needed
Generating Review PDFs
Create formal review documents:
- Open completed review
- Click Generate PDF
- Download or email to employee
PDF includes:
- All ratings and comments
- Performance metrics
- Signature lines
- Company branding
Review Schedule
Recommended Frequency

Setting Reminders
- Go to Settings → Reviews
- Enable Auto-Reminders
- System notifies you when reviews are due
