What You Can Do
From your admin dashboard, you can:
- Manage Clients — Add clients, allocate service units, track goals
- Manage Team — Onboard staff, set schedules, track performance
- Schedule Appointments — Create, assign, and monitor visits
- Run Reports — Payroll, billing, DSHS compliance reports
- Handle Billing — Track hours, export DAT files, manage invoices
Your Dashboard at a Glance
When you log in, you'll see:

Use the sidebar to access main sections:
- Dashboard — Overview and quick actions
- Clients — Client list and profiles
- Team — Staff list and management
- Schedule — Calendar and appointment builder
- Reports — Payroll, billing, compliance
- Marketing — Inquiries and CRM (if enabled)
- Recruitment — Job postings and hiring (Scale plan)
- Settings — Organization config and preferences
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly:
- + New Appointment — Schedule a visit
- + Add Client — Create a client profile
- + Add Team Member — Start onboarding
- View Unassigned — See shifts needing coverage
Tips
- Use the search bar (top) to find clients or team members instantly
- Click your profile icon (top right) for account settings
- Notifications bell shows items needing your attention
- Press ? anywhere to see keyboard shortcuts
