Providers may share:

What's Shared

Document sharing depends on:

  • Provider settings
  • Document type
  • Your authorization

Viewing Documents

From Client Profile

  1. Go to Clients
  2. Select your client
  3. Click Documents tab
  4. Browse available documents

Document List

The list shows:

  • Document name
  • Type/category
  • Date added
  • File size

Opening Documents

Viewing in Browser

Click a document to:

  • Open in browser viewer
  • Preview contents
  • Review without downloading

Downloading

To save a document:

  1. Click the document
  2. Click Download button
  3. Choose save location
  4. Document saves to your computer

Document Dates

Understanding Dates

Documents show:

  • Date created: When originally created
  • Date shared: When added to portal
  • Effective date: When it took effect (for care plans)

Document History

Some documents may show:

  • Previous versions
  • Revision dates
  • What changed

Downloading Documents

Single Documents

  1. Find the document
  2. Click to open
  3. Click Download
  4. Save to your computer

Multiple Documents

If batch download is available:

  1. Select multiple documents
  2. Click Download Selected
  3. Documents download as zip file

Printing

To print a document:

  1. Download or view in browser
  2. Use print function
  3. Or print from your computer
