Providers may share:

What's Shared
Document sharing depends on:
- Provider settings
- Document type
- Your authorization
- Relevance to your role
Viewing Documents
From Client Profile
- Go to Clients
- Select your client
- Click Documents tab
- Browse available documents
Document List
The list shows:
- Document name
- Type/category
- Date added
- File size
Opening Documents
Viewing in Browser
Click a document to:
- Open in browser viewer
- Preview contents
- Review without downloading
Downloading
To save a document:
- Click the document
- Click Download button
- Choose save location
- Document saves to your computer

Search
Search for documents by:
- Document name

- Category
- File type
Document Dates
Understanding Dates
Documents show:
- Date created: When originally created
- Date shared: When added to portal
- Effective date: When it took effect (for care plans)
Document History
Some documents may show:
- Previous versions
- Revision dates
- What changed
Downloading Documents
Single Documents
- Find the document
- Click to open
- Click Download
- Save to your computer
Multiple Documents
If batch download is available:
- Select multiple documents
- Click Download Selected
- Documents download as zip file
Printing
To print a document:
- Download or view in browser
- Use print function
- Or print from your computer
Document Security
Confidentiality
Documents contain confidential information:
- Use appropriately
- Store securely
- Share only as authorized
- Delete when no longer needed
