Get the CareCade mobile app on your smartphone to access your schedule, clock in/out of appointments, document services, and stay connected with your team.


Download Links

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Search for "CareCade"
  3. Look for the app with the CareCade logo
  4. Tap Get to download
  5. Wait for installation to complete

  1. Open Google Play Store on your device
  2. Search for "CareCade"
  3. Find the app with the CareCade logo
  4. Tap Install
  5. Wait for installation to complete

System Requirements

iOS

  • iOS 14.0 or later
  • iPhone 8 or newer (recommended)
  • iPad with iPadOS 14.0 or later

Android

  • Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
  • At least 2GB RAM
  • 100MB free storage

After Installation

Once the app is installed:

  1. Open the app by tapping the CareCade icon
  2. You'll see the login screen
  3. Follow the logging into your account guide

Keeping the App Updated

Updates include new features, bug fixes, and security improvements. Keep your app updated for the best experience.

Enable Auto-Updates

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings → App Store
  2. Enable "App Updates"

Android:

  1. Open Play Store → Profile icon
  2. Settings → Network preferences
  3. Enable "Auto-update apps"

Manual Updates

iOS:

  1. Open App Store
  2. Tap your profile picture
  3. Scroll to see pending updates
  4. Tap Update next to CareCade

Android:

  1. Open Play Store
  2. Tap your profile picture
  3. Manage apps & device
  4. Tap Updates available
  5. Find CareCade and tap Update

Troubleshooting

Can't Find the App

  • Check you're searching for "CareCade" (one word)
  • Verify your device meets minimum requirements
  • Try searching for "CareCade home care"

Download Fails

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you have enough storage space
  • Restart your device and try again
  • Make sure you're signed into App Store/Play Store

App Won't Open After Install

  • Restart your device
  • Check for available updates
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Contact your administrator if issues persist
