Keep your profile information current in CareCade. Accurate profile information helps your organization contact you and ensures smooth operations.
Accessing Your Profile
From Settings
- Open CareCade
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Tap My Profile or Profile
- View and edit your information
From Dashboard
Some organizations show:
- Tap your profile picture/icon
- Go directly to profile
- Edit from there

What's In Your Profile
Your profile includes:
- Personal Info: Name, photo, contact
- Work Info: Role, schedule, certifications
- Preferences: Notifications, app settings
- Documents: Uploaded credentials
What You Can Edit
Typically you can change:
- Profile photo

What You Can't Edit
Contact administrator to change:
- Legal name
- Employment status

Phone Number
Update your number:
