Keep your profile information current in CareCade. Accurate profile information helps your organization contact you and ensures smooth operations.


Accessing Your Profile

From Settings

  1. Open CareCade
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap My Profile or Profile
  4. View and edit your information

From Dashboard

Some organizations show:

  1. Tap your profile picture/icon
  2. Go directly to profile
  3. Edit from there

Profile Information

What's In Your Profile

Your profile includes:

  • Personal Info: Name, photo, contact
  • Work Info: Role, schedule, certifications
  • Preferences: Notifications, app settings
  • Documents: Uploaded credentials

What You Can Edit

Typically you can change:

  • Profile photo
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Emergency contact

What You Can't Edit

Contact administrator to change:

  • Legal name

Updating Your Photo

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Tap your current photo
