Pathways Behavioral and Educational Services, LLC provides individualized, strengths-based support for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental, behavioral, educational, and daily living needs. Services are designed to promote independence, emotional wellness, life skills development, community participation, and meaningful growth while honoring each person’s unique strengths and identity. Pathways takes a neurodiversity-affirming and person-centered approach, emphasizing relationship-building, practical support, and collaboration with families and care teams. Areas of support may include behavioral and emotional support, life skills coaching, executive functioning, caregiver education, social development, community access, educational consultation, and individualized goal-based services. Our goal is to help individuals and families feel supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive in everyday life.
