Uplift AT provides services for individuals of all ages who are non-speaking, minimally speaking, or unreliably speaking, regardless of the underlying diagnosis. We support individuals in learning to use alternative communication methods such as AAC devices to communicate. Have old, outdated equipment? We can help you through the process of funding new AAC devices with your insurance company or other community resources. Want to learn more about customizing your AAC? Our coaching services are designed to teach those supporting and interacting with individuals using AAC in how to model on AAC devices, program in new words, and keep communication going! Services are provided virtually throughout all of Washington State. Limited in-person services are provided in west and south parts of King County.
