Accessing Settings
Finding Settings
- Log in to the portal
- Click your name or profile icon
- Select Settings or Account
Profile Information
Your Information
You may be able to view/update:
- Contact information
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address
What You Can Change
Typically you can update:
- Phone number
- Email (may need verification)
- Communication preferences
What Requires Provider
Contact provider to change:
- Name
- Service address
- Other protected info
Password and Security
Changing Password
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password twice
- Save
Strong Passwords
Create passwords that are:
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of letters and numbers
- Unique to this account
- Changed periodically
Forgot Password
If you forget:
- Click "Forgot Password" at login
- Enter your email
- Check email for reset link
- Create new password
