Accessing Documents
From the Portal
- Log in to your account
- Go to Documents
- Browse available files
- Click to open
Document List
The list shows:
- Document name
- Type or category
- Date added
- File size
Opening Documents
Viewing
Click a document to:
- Open in your browser
- Preview the content
- Read without downloading
Downloading
To save to your computer:
- Open the document
- Click Download
- Choose where to save
- Access anytime offline
Printing
To print:
- Open or download document
- Use your print function
- Keep paper copy if needed
