Accessing Documents

From the Portal

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Documents
  3. Browse available files
  4. Click to open

Document List

The list shows:

  • Document name
  • Type or category
  • Date added
  • File size

Opening Documents

Viewing

Click a document to:

  • Open in your browser
  • Preview the content
  • Read without downloading

Downloading

To save to your computer:

  1. Open the document
  2. Click Download
  3. Choose where to save
  4. Access anytime offline

Printing

To print:

  1. Open or download document
  2. Use your print function
