Accessing Your Schedule

From the Dashboard

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. See today's appointments on dashboard
  3. Click Schedule for full view

Calendar View

Your schedule shows:

  • Appointments by day
  • Navigate between weeks
  • Click any appointment for details

Understanding Appointments

What You'll See

Each appointment displays:

  • Date and time - When the visit is
  • Duration - How long it will last
  • Staff member - Who is coming (if visible)
  • Service type - What services are planned

Status Colors

Appointment Details

Clicking an Appointment

See more information:

  • Full date and time
  • Who will visit
  • What to expect
  • Contact info (if provided)

Preparing for Visits

Before appointments:

  • Be ready at the scheduled time

Past Appointments

Viewing History

See completed visits:

  • When they happened
  • Who provided services
  • Duration of visit
  • Notes (if shared)

How Far Back

You can usually see:

  • Several months of history
  • Contact provider for older records
