Accessing Your Schedule
From the Dashboard
- Log in to the portal
- See today's appointments on dashboard
- Click Schedule for full view

Your schedule shows:
- Appointments by day
- Navigate between weeks
- Click any appointment for details
Understanding Appointments
What You'll See
Each appointment displays:
- Date and time - When the visit is
- Duration - How long it will last
- Staff member - Who is coming (if visible)
- Service type - What services are planned
Status Colors
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Blue | Upcoming |
| Green | Completed |
| Gray | Cancelled |
Appointment Details
Clicking an Appointment
See more information:
- Full date and time
- Who will visit
- What to expect
- Contact info (if provided)
Preparing for Visits
Before appointments:
- Be ready at the scheduled time
- Have any needed items available
- Let someone know if plans change
Past Appointments
Viewing History
See completed visits:
- When they happened
- Who provided services
- Duration of visit
- Notes (if shared)
How Far Back
You can usually see:
- Several months of history
- Contact provider for older records
Schedule Changes
Notifications
You'll be notified when:
- New appointments are added
- Times change
- Visits are cancelled

Changed appointments may be highlighted or noted in the schedule.
Calendar Sync
If Available
You may be able to:
- Export to your calendar
- Receive reminders
